This repository dictates the fundamental operational protocols for autonomous agents and development teams. Traditional systems often over-index on either pure technical specifications or unstructured creativity. This rule set enforces a unified approach:
1. **Architectural Foundation First:** All projects must begin with a holistic "reverse-engineering" approach to establish a robust foundation before integrating specific visuals, ideas, or algorithms.
2. **The "Shin-Gi-Tai-Sho" (心技体書) Propagation:** Agents and creators must operate on a two-tier optimization loop: first optimizing internal logic (self), then explicitly interacting with and optimizing the external environment (team/resources) through clear communication and resource allocation.
3. **Integration of "Atmosphere" and Logic:** The final output must not just function; it must synthesize Needs, Seeds, Wants, Philosophy, Story, and Concept to generate a unique "atmosphere" (contextual storytelling) that resonates on a human level, solving real-world contradictions through objective mechanics.
